Inclusivity and Anti Racist Statement
As a white, cisgendered Woman, I recognize my privilege.

I know the disparities that exist in the birth world between Black/Brown birthing bodies and White ones.

I want to be part of the solution, by ensuring that support is available to all.

At the Do Good Doulas, we are committed to unlearning, learning and growing to be a better ally to all folks.

In all of our course materials, every attempt has been made to ensure that inclusive language is used (respecting all families and birthing bodies).

We are working to break down barriers to safe, loving and supportive care.

We are committed to paying BIPOC for their wisdom, supporting BIPOC and their birth businesses and donating to causes that support them!

We are committed to removing the burden of our education from BIPOC.
We will read books, listen to podcasts, take workshops and be responsible for our own learning and growth.

I am committing to sharing the resources that I am using to do this work so that others can as well.

As my business grows, my hiring practices will be inclusive and focus on diversity.
